Detox therapy, commonly known as "detox," is a method of removing toxic substances accumulated in the body. Detox diets that can be done for a short period of time have existed over the past decades, and there are actually several types of detox diets. Although it has not been scientifically proven whether detox therapy removes harmful substances from the body, many people have said that detoxing makes the body more lively and more concentrated, most of which seems to be due to the need to avoid ingestion of processed foods.
1. Fruit detox.
In the case of fruit detox, it is an excellent detox method that allows you to fast without having to starve. Eating a sufficient amount of fruit can increase energy in the body, help control weight, and reduce the likelihood of stroke. You can eat various kinds of fruits or one kind of fruit. To see the maximum effect, choose your favorite kind of fruit so that you don't feel the pain of limiting your diet. Detox in a diet that relies only on fruits does not exceed seven days in the longest period.
Eat citrus fruits. Fruits of citrus fruits such as oranges, tangerines, grapes, lemons, or lime have excellent detox effects. You can only eat citrus fruits or mix them with other fruits. Once again, detox, which relies only on these fruits, should not exceed 7 days in a row.
2. Liquid-saving detox. Only liquids such as water, tea, fruit juice, vegetable juice, and protein shake are consumed for two days. Liquid diets can immediately see the effect of weight loss by limiting calorie intake, and although there are no proven studies supporting this, they are said to purify the body from certain toxins.
When liquid detoxing, ensure that the body evenly contains fruits or vegetables to receive sufficient nutrition.
3. Eat only fruits and vegetables for 7 days. Fruits and vegetables contain a large amount of healthy vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. By eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables evenly, your body can receive sufficient nutrition. If you're curious about what to eat during detox, refer to the guidelines below:
Foods including fiber: kidney beans, black beans, apples, soybeans, blueberries, artichokes

4. Eating organic food and meat. In addition, livestock raised organically consume much smaller amounts of antibiotics, growth hormones, and various medicinal ingredients when growing than livestock raised in conventional environments other than organic ones.
To know whether it is organic food or not, you can check the organic food certification mark attached to the outer surface of the food wrapper.
5. Drink enough water. Drinking enough water is very important for your health. Among the various beneficial effects of water, water keeps the amount of water in the body at a certain level, helping the kidneys release major toxins or blood urea nitrogen accumulated in the body.
